Lt. Michael Rombalski
Lieutenant Rombalski is assigned to the Kenosha Police Department's Training
Division. As the training coordinator he is
responsible for determining the department's training needs and for
assuring that necessary training is obtained. He
administers the Police Department training account as well as State
of Wisconsin Department of Justice accounts and Federal, State, and
Public grants. Lieutenant Rombalski is charged with the
responsibility of coordinating in-service and specialized training,
as well as maintaining a training database for each officer on the
department.
